Popsicles: Sweet & Refreshing All Year Long!
Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and sliced bananas, mixed
- 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup white sugar or to taste
- 8 small paper cups or popsicle molds
- 8 popsicle sticks
Steps
- Gather all ingredients
- Place the mixed fruit, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Blend until chunky or smooth.
- Fill paper cups or popsicle molds 3/4 full with fruit mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick through the center.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours. Remove foil and cups/molds to serve.
- Enjoy!
