Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and sliced bananas, mixed
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup white sugar or to taste
  • 8 small paper cups or popsicle molds
  • 8 popsicle sticks

Steps

  1. Gather all ingredients
  2. Place the mixed fruit, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Blend until chunky or smooth.
  3. Fill paper cups or popsicle molds 3/4 full with fruit mixture.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick through the center.
  5. Freeze for at least 5 hours. Remove foil and cups/molds to serve.
  6. Enjoy!
